This website is owned and provided by Precision Pharmaceuticals Pty Limited ABN 43 637 425 873 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Precision Pharma’ or ‘we’, or ‘us’ or ‘our’).  

Access to and use of our website is subject to the Terms and Conditions published. By using this website or accessing any part thereof, you agree to be bound by those terms and conditions, including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. We reserve the right to amend those Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so you should regularly check them before using the website to keep informed of any changes.

Dispatch 

If you have a valid prescription, our order cut-off time for same-day processing is 10am (QLD time) Monday to Friday.

Orders received after 10am (QLD time) will be processed the following business day before being dispatched Monday to Friday.

If you place your order on a public holiday, then your order will be processed the following business day.

Delivery

We will ship your products with Australia Post using their Express Post delivery service.  While our target timeframe is next day delivery (for major metropolitan areas), please be mindful of possible delays with any logistics services. All deliveries are tracked and sent via Australia Post – you will receive an email from Australia Post so you are able to track your order.  For Australia Post’s Express Post guarantee and service conditions, see here:

Our delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Rural areas may add an additional day or days to our targeted delivery time frames. While we will endeavour to meet these timeframes, we cannot accept any responsibility for late shipments, and any delay in delivering your order will not constitute a reason for you to cancel or return your order.
