Refunds policy


This website is owned and provided by Precision Pharmaceuticals Pty Limited ABN 43 637 425 873 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Precision Pharma’ or ‘we’, or ‘us’ or ‘our’).  

Access to and use of our website is subject to the Terms and Conditions published. By using this website or accessing any part thereof, you agree to be bound by those terms and conditions, including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. We reserve the right to amend those Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so you should regularly check them before using the website to keep informed of any changes.

Returning Product to Us – General

Any returned product must be with its original packaging, otherwise the refund or credit cannot be processed. You are responsible to pay return shipping on items returned, and you will be refunded the price that you paid for the items purchased if deemed defective (and in that instance, we will also refund your shipping cost).

Change of mind refunds are not permitted. However, if for some reason you change your mind and get in contact with us prior to shipping of your product, we can arrange a refund less an administration fee to cover our operational costs (currently set at $15).

Returning Product to Us – Defective

If you purchase a product from us that does not work because of a manufacturer’s issue, the item is covered by a 3 month warranty (from the date of purchase) which we can take care of by way of replacement (exchange), refund or credit. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects, major failures, and other issues not caused by your action or inaction.  It does not cover accidental damage, damage incurred because a product was used incorrectly or not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, or ordinary wear and tear. 

When you return a product to us for any warranty purpose, we will determine, at our sole discretion, whether the product is faulty and the cause of the fault within a reasonable time frame.  In the case of a manufacturing defect or other fault not caused by you or your actions, we will mostly offer a replacement for any item that qualifies under the terms of this warranty. In lieu of a replacement, we may choose, at our sole discretion, to offer you a refund or credit.


It’s important to make sure you’ve done everything you can to troubleshoot any problems before you return an item to us, because if we receive a returned item that we have deemed isn’t faulty and you want it returned to you, it will be at your cost. If we receive a returned item that needs to be replaced, we will also cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
