If you contact us by telephone, this information may be collected by us as a recorded voice message where our staff are temporarily unavailable to answer a call and you choose to leave a voice message. You are entirely free to decide whether or not to give us this information.

De-identified information may also be used to comply with our reporting obligations under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth).
